It was great! They've given me some pointers on how to make each appointment less painful than they have been in the past and it's worked! I love the women who does my appointments she remembers me every time and we catch up.

Dr tsivitse had lots of trouble putting on my crown. It never fit right...I am now going to another dentist & he calls it 'Ill fitting'.. They said the only thing I can do is take this one off & get a new one.. I don't recommend this dentist at all!!!!

If you have any other option for a dentist via your insurance, take it!

About Front Desk: The front desk mis-scheduled my appointment forcing me to rearrange my schedule in order to come on another day, for an appointment that seems necessary only in regards to charging my insurance. They were also often confused and unreliable about payments.

Love the Doc, he's fantastic. His staff, specifically some of the older ones could stand a lesson in manners and customer appreciation. Waited in the lobby for hours, yes hours on a recent visit and twice now I have had to go to a different dentist because they didn't want to force my son to sit in a chair to get cavities. What do they think another dentist will do? I also love being berated if I have some plaque or they don't think I floss well enough. I shouldn't have to be scolded like a child to get my teeth cleaned. The doc however is fantastic, pleasant, reassuring. The only reason I've stayed the last 10 years was because of him, now my kids have to put up with the staff's crap and a line has been crossed.

About Hygienist: Older ones are rude, big time. I think the younger ones are starting to take lessons from the older ones as they too are starting to be fairly harsh.

Dr Tsivitse is an outstanding and very caring with his patients. He has always been a awesome Dentist. He is very knowledgeable. His staff will is very friendly and outgoing. I've have never had a bad exp in 25+ years that I have been a patient. He is the top notch DDS.

Very expensive. He states one price and his front office bills you for a higher price. He then has selective memory as to your conversation.

My old dentist retired and Dr. Tvitse took over his practice about 20 years ago. Dr. Tvitse's costs are high. Quality of work is good, but he kind of floats in for a drive-by while others do most of the work. Not particularly communicative and the office staff is not very friendly or helpful.

About Hygienist: Last time I was there she was very good. Nice, talkative, and did a good job. She was really the only person there I liked.

very nice, but took many times to get work complete and work was just satisfactory. assistants did a lot of work that should've been performed by dds and was NOT happy with those results.

He is funny intelligent and a good dentist. wait is a little too long. but time with him is long good. he seems very caring
