This dentist office was obviously running late and rushing through the appointments. I am new in town and had to pick a dentist for my family. I regret picking this one. My son waited 45 minutes past his appointment time before being seen. The cleaning took only 15 minutes. The dentist who came in was another member in the group, not the dentist I scheduled with. He did not see me afterwards, just told the hygienist to tell me that my son needs his wisdom teeth removed and gave a number to call to schedule with an oral surgeon. If this dentist doesn't have time to attend to her own appointments, especially a new patient and also to talk to a parent about a recommended treatment especially something as serious as oral surgery, then obviously she doesn't need my family in her practice.

Dr. Waters really cares about her patients. I went in for a cavity filling and before the procedure started I mentioned the not so pleasant experience with my other dentist (tried to use amalgam for filling without discussing with me at all...sensitivity and hard to floss after cavity filling). So while I was waiting for my anesthesia to kick in she went out and brought back a pack of floss sample for me to try (I was very surprised, in a good way =)). She also put something to desensitize the the tooth after cavity filling. and most importantly, she's very informative. She mentioned to me both advantage/disadvantage of using amalgam/composite, suggest the one she would use, and let me decide. She also let me know before she put on desensitizer and explained what is it.
Overall the experience with Dr. Waters is very pleasant. =)

dr. waters is one of the best dentists I've been to. The procedures are painless which is a key for me. When I've been to other dentists, there were times that they didn't explain what they were doing, and sometimes they would be not so gentle.

Dr. Waters is very friendly and professional. She explains what she is going to do to you before doing it. Support staff is very good also, although the office personnel could be more friendly.
