Dr. and all staff very attentive and caring. Care to provide comfort and absence of pain. Very professional yet friendly and relaxed office. Willing to discuss and explain procedures and estimated charges. Both my wife and I have continued seeing Dr. Cook after moving 25 miles away two years ago.
