I loved Dr Martinez; I went there for about 4-5 years until he decided it was a good idea to call me (at MY personal cell number) and subsequently ask me (while doing my exam) about whether my boyfriend was going to pay the "outstanding" balance he had with his office. I thought his attitude about the whole thing was very unprofessional. On my way out, I asked the assistant at the front desk to pull my bf's file, only to find out that his balance was $20 and some cents. It's pitiful he lost a patient of 4+ yrs over this much. A while ago, my bf had a tooth pulled at his office; I witnessed how Dr Martinez sent him home with a bleeding gum and WITHOUT gauze to soak in the blood.
About Hygienist: The hygienist is the best. She is very thorough and professional. I kept on going to his office because of her; she's one of the best I've been to in a long time.

I highly recommend Dr. Martinez. He is very professional and personable. His office is clean and inviting. His staff is kind and courteous. I've been going there for eight years and have no complaints.

Dr. Martinez has a comunication problem, he often lets cavities go to " keep a watch on them." until in his opinion it's too late then he often over zealously pulls teeth in hopes of selling you bridge work instead of trying to save the tooth. He ruined my bite in my opinion. I wuld not reccomend him to anyone.

Dr. Martinez does a nice job with the work. However, he doesn't really have much modern equipment. Also, the whole staff seems so obsessed about money. They can never just send a bill when insurance clears. It seems very petty. He's nice and good looking.

Professional is what comes to mind first and foremost. I have experienced no other dentist with his level of professionalism, courtesy, follow-through, compassion, and flexibility. I would have to rate my experiences with he and his facility as outstanding.

Excellent expeirence. I have total confidence in this dentist. He is the only dentist I've found who is so gentle, skilled, and attentive. It is a small office which seems very clean and my experience has been that they serve one patient at a time which is great if you prefer privacy and attentivness. I highly recommend Dr. Martinez. He does great work.
