I had an old cap replaced, was not told that the cap they were ordering was not an approved cap by my insurance, cost to me, $200.00.
About Front Desk: Front desk when I got there, early, had me wait 20 minutes while they discussed their children and what they were eating for lunch that day.
About Hygienist: She told me I needed a single x-ray of the capped tooth, that the insurance company would need it to approve the cap, the denied coverage, I have to pay.

Very personable, friendly and listened to my concerns. I've been to several dentists in the Kettering /Centerville area dealing w issues from anxiety has been of little concern for other dentists.
