All dentistry for myself and family, 10+ years. His demeanor excellent as well as his staff. All insurance matters handled promptly and transparently. In addition, Dr. Parker 1) helped me quit smoking (prescribed Chantix & encouragement); 2) straightened my teeth (Invisalign) 3) whitened my teeth. All procedures made easy and satisfactory.

If I could vote no stars, I would do so. This dentist is the worst. He has zero bed side manner, he is prejudice towards those who are on medicaid and will make his opinion known very bluntly. On my very first appointment, I expressed my dental anxiety and reasons for it- to his assistant and also Dr Parker. Absolutely no compassion, nor did he care. He actually rolled his eyes. I was dressed nicely, I didn't look like trash, but he instantly sterotyped me and treated me like I was beneath him. His attitude toward me was so rude that I actually asked his assistant if I had offended him; His assistant said "No....well it's just your insurance, its a real hassle to deal with". How on earth is that my fault? I am on medicaid insurance due to reasons beyond my control. I am disabled, it wasn't my choice. It's not a life goal, it's not something you "want or desire" to be on. His assistant went on to say that the reason he takes medicaid is so he can help those in need. He isn't helping anyone on Medicaid by acting ill mannered, rude and prejudice toward his patients. He and his dental assistant will make you want to crawl under the chair, because they harshly lectured me about refraining from all soda, and drinks or food that contain sugar. They scolded me like I was a child. After every appointment I had with him, I left feeling extremely humiliated, embarrassed and demeaned, in regards to my insurance and of course the lectures about what I shouldnt eat or drink. He never spoke to me otherwise, he didn't talk me through the procedures or explain what he was doing. He did not try to put me at ease. He actually made me feel like I was wasting his time. It was extremely uncomfortable. His Secretary Barb is very rude, she also was demeaning regarding my insurance. I had medical issues and his dental assistant and Barb both joked and made sarcastic remarks about my health issues in front of me. This Dentist should not be practicing and he should be reported. Several of my fillings fell out within months of his shotty work. That is not a good dentist. He left cotton in One of the root canals he did and the filling fell out of that tooth as well. When I told him about it, he argued with me and said it was still in there. I went to a new dentist and told him everything this man did and said and my new dentist was appalled. If you are on Medicaid, do yourself a favor- don't put yourself in miserable situation by going to this awful man. There are not many dentists in this area that take it but honestly you will regret going to him. He has a very short fuse and I wouldn't be surprised if he has anger issues. Regardless of my disdain for him, I tried cordial small talk - however, his facial expressions and lack of response showed me he was annoyed by my politeness. He has a serious chip on his shoulder. He is cold as ice.

About Front Desk: Terrible...rude and condescending.
