Failed root canal and paid for it , now trying to contact him for second time regarding failed root canal. Waiting on his colleague a week and a half later.

Was told to call office on a Friday due to failed root canal. When I called, was told to call on Wed. Called and still no answers.

I am very dissatisfied with this dentist and his office. They do not explain procedures, you have an appointment scheduled and when you call they say, "Oh someone must have forgot to write it down".
