I need to report her for i worked for her as a Dental Assistant and front office for 3 days with no pay and she never answered my phone calls back thereafter!!!! If you have any problems too please report her!!! Thank you kindly

she did my crown?it fell off twice! it cost me $2000 for this crown.I don`t recommend this dentist.

I personally find Dr. Nguyen to be extremely pleasant and kind. She has been very thorough throughout my treatment, making sure that I knew every option possible. She's caring and always seems to have time to answer any questions.

She was great I needed a tooth pulled asap and she was wonderful, communicated well, efficient, and friendly!

she overcharges, rude to her staff and clients and couldnt finish the work. I went in for two root canals and crowns. Both times she starts tthe drilling then an hour later says that she doesnt have the equipment to finish the job. Both times i was referred to another "specialist". When i returned to have her put the crown on, she had "inadvertantly" charged for the root canal that she couldnt finish; this happened both times. While i was waiting to get the other tooth finished, she had sent many bills for work that hasnt been done and threatend to take me to collection. All for work that has yet to be done and overcharged for. She will cop an attitude and get defensive even when you ask her about work done to your own teeth. Bottom line? Horrible, she shouldnt be a dentist and nowhere near the customer service industry.

Dr. Nguyen is great! I work in dentistry and am pretty picky about who I see. She has a nice clean office, state-of -the-art facilities and her work is great (and this is coming from someone who can actually tell if dental work is good or not)! My roommate and I have been referring all our friends to her.

Stay far away. After being referred to this dentist I had a lot of work done by her, all of it had to be corrected and on an emergency level.
It cost me a lot of money and pain, my referrer called me back after I had my work done to warn me because they experienced malpractice and suffered from an infection due to very poor dental work.

Dr. Lisa is great! Her office is cozy and inviting, and she remembers me every time i go in (even though I only see her every 6 months). There's even a dvd player over the dental chair. On top of that, she's an EXCELLENT dentist.

I found Dr. Nguyen to be pushy and more interested in selling me products and services that I didn't need. She was rough and cut my gums as she was examining and doing a cleaning.
I would not recommend her.

Dr. Nguyen is very through and puts a lot of effort to ensure a quality experience for her patients. She has a wonderful view from her office that is calming and beautiful to look at. I have had some really traumatic dental experiences and Dr. Nguyen has been patient, and worked with me on my dental care.
As cost has been a major issue in my dental care, namely because I've had a lot of it. Dr. Nguyen understands that not everyone is a millionaire and can afford to get it all done at once. She has worked with me to identify the most immediate needs and we have systematically taken care of them as I can afford them.
