Dr. Towers is very professional and high class. The customer service offered by his staff could be better but other than that I feel like my thoughts matter, he always takes into account how I feel about a procedure.

My daughter was a patient of dr. towers for braces and this has been the most stressfull experiance. After 2 years of having braces my daughter had to have the braces taken off and put on by another dentist. I requested a refund to be submitted back to my insurance company and was told that the refund was sent back in 10/2003. I recently had the braces redone in 2004 and I submitted a claim to my insurance and I find out that the check was never recieved by the insurance company. After 2 weeks of asking for a copy of the check I was finally told that the check that was suppose to be sent back in 10/2003 was never cashed or resent. The plan trueth is that the check was never sent as the dentist said that it would be. I call that insurance fraud and I would never refer any to Dr. Towers for orthodontic care.
