Dr. Venk is amazing. I have no fear anymore about going to the dentist and I used to be terrified. Dr.
Venk sincerely cares and makes sure I'm comfortable. He is the best, I just can't praise Dr. Venk enough!!
About Front Desk: I'm always greeted immediately with smiles. Unlike a lot of offices my appointment time is met. I never have to wait forever to have the work done. Scheduling an appointment is so easy and they are very accommodating to my schedule.
About Hygienist: She was very professional and personable. She is also the first Hygienist that made sure I didn't hurt as my teeth are very sensitive.

I moved to Norman with My family and tried to find a good dentist. All 5 us went to dr venk and he said that we need all around Xray and imaging. Then he did exam he told me that I have 4 cavities that need urgently to work on. He told my wife that one of the old filling need to be replaced. He said to my daughter that she has 10 cavities beweenher teeths. He told my son that he has two cavities that need to worked on and also his wisdom teeth need to be extracted. I and my wife we went to fix the cavities first. we did not pain before the procedure and I have lots of pain since then. I can not chew with left side of mouth. I went to him twice after that to fix the problem, but he still unable to do it. My wife also has pain after filling up her teeth too. We are going to different doctor

My guess is he is either in a hurry or just doesn't like talking to his patients. I felt like I was given no explanation and rushed through. I had pain afterward but was only asked under anesthesia if it hurt. I left thinking things were okay but days later I had pain. I felt like was kept out of the loop. I had minimal discussion about the procedure. He really seems nice but nice doesn't prolong my teeth or happiness. I guess Norman is a small town. I may look elsewhere.
