I was a new patient and was charged for services that my insurance paid for. Instead of apologizing and refunding my money, they made excuses as to why they did not trust the insurance company to pay what they said they would or file the claim in a timely manner. So, I am out almost $60 because of this offices's lack of customer service. They were even rude about the issue and after almost a month, STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME. Unbelievable that I have to do without my money and they are not even trying to follow up or pay me back. This was THEIR mistake, not mine. And it is scary to deal with a dentist that is so paranoid of the insurance company they deal with. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS JUST THEIR MONEY.
About Hygienist: The hygienist did not really pay attention to me during my appointment as there was an issue with another patient and left me waiting several times.

Dr. Foskin is a very great dentist. He is pleasant and professional. His office is very clean and comfortable. There was no pain in my procedure and I felt great after. I would highly recommend Raymond Foskin to all patients.
