I had a very painful and terrible experience at Dr. Hanstein's office. The area was very unclean and the staff was unprofessional. The dental heygenist touched her hair, rubbed her face and even pulled up her pants with the same gloves she handed him items to put into my mouth. It was disgusting. During my visit I had an extraction and root canal done. The procedure took 4 hours and I had to open my mouth without any assistance for the entire time. I was also conscious the entire time. It was unbelievably painful. The next day I woke up with the corner of my lip split and a sore on the bottom side. At one point I was swallowing spit has he worked on my tooth because the hygienist wasn't there. I felt like I was being treated like an animal. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

About Hygienist: The dental hygienist was everything but hygienic. She touched everything including her shirt, pants and even rubbed her face with the same pair of gloves she used to hand the doctor items to put into my mouth. I never saw her change her gloves. I am now worried that the root canal he worked on could become infected because of this.

i had 3 root canals, cleaning, fillings, crowns i would recomend Dr

Truly the best dentist appointments I've ever had. Everyone was very caring and patient.

I have always had a fear of dentist, developed from a baf experience in my youth. Not once did I have to use gas to relieve my stress or deadened the pain. He knows how to give shots where you never know you are getting one, unliess you peek. His assistants are very kind and personal. He always makes you feel like you are his only patient. He will review your insureance coverage and consult you on what he feels is best without putting you in a financial bind. Dr. Hanstein is the greatest. I recomend him to all my family and friends without any reservations.

Procedures received included regular 6-month cleaning followed by deep peridontal scaling. All procedures were pain-free. My teeth look and feel wonderful. Dr. Hanstein has wonderful chair-side manners, the office allows you a great view of downtown OKC, and the office staff make you feel like family. I would highly recommend Dr. Hanstein to others.

4 root canals and I have yet to feel a thing. Great Dentist and staff. Can't recommend highly enough!!!
