He has been my dentist for over 20 years. I think he is great. My kids love him. They were never frightened to go and see him. His office is nice and clean. Everyone that works for him has always been very nice and helpful. I would recommend him and have over the years.

Dr Nail is thorough and detail oriented. Does a great cleaning job and preventive care. He is caring and likes to get to know his patients.
It works well to get an early morning or right after lunch appointment, -other wise you might have to wait beyond your scheduled time.
Front desk lady could be better, she lacks a little service and friendly attitude at times. I personally dislikes her reminder calls, no day or time just a message to call the office.
Easy access and parking, clean facility, friendly assistants. Most importantly, a dentist who puts pride in his work and will do his best to make you comfortable. That counts big in my book.

I think Dr. Nail is great!! Very nice and seems to care about you. The only negative part of the experience is that the woman that you deal with at the desk is unpleasant, almost just downright rude. Dr. Nail, however, is very pleasant!!

I have had bad dental experiences before. Dr. Nail always makes me feel really comfortable. He is honest and affordable. But sometime his secretary is hateful on the phone...don't let it scare you away..he is great!
