Very condescending in his manner. Many appointments were re-scheduled due to his office calling to cancel appointments.
About Hygienist: Dr. Williams had a difficult time retaining hygienists. I saw a different hygienist on most every visit. Some were good, some mediocre, most were hired from temps services. On my last visit to Dr. Williams, the hygienist slipped the phone number of a periodontist in my pocket. Although I did not go to her referral, I NEVER went back to Dr. Williams. I wish I could thank her. Went to a periodontist of my choice and unsurprisingly I had major gum disease.

Everyone in the office is very nice. Dr. Williams is generally friendly and kind of funny, but treats you a bit like a dummy if you have a lot of dental issues. I know my teeth are bad and I don't go to the dentis to be berated about it. He's kind of "old school." No computer records and not sure if he uses the latest technology. Office is clean and adequate, and all dental visits have been generally fine, but I came to this website to find another dentist. Fine is good, but I'd rather have great!
