Would not recommend at all. Doctor is unsanitary, won't let
him near me ever again. Treatment not a complete success,
indifferent attitude about my pain. All smiles, and thinking
about the money only I feel.

Both Dr Spangler's are horrible dentists and horrible people. They treated me poorly and wouldn't even accept me making just 2 payments on a crown that cost over $1000. They wanted it all up front at the first appointment. Also, when I couldn't get numb with just one shot, he refused to give me more anesthetic and made me suffer through my entire appointmet feeling everything. I would never return to that office. New patients beware, they claim they are nice and gentle, but they are anything but gentle!

I recently was a patient at dr spanglers office. I was really disappointed at how the front office looked. The magazines were disorganized as well the childrens play area. When was the last time the toys were disenfected? The front desk should be taking care if this and really cleaning them. The front desk receptionist Cindy was completely unprofessional and spoke down to me. I have a masters degree and do not appreciate a person judging me especially when they do not know me. As for the back office. My doctor and dental assistant were completely professional, friendly, and welcoming. They worked really hard and gave me the best possible care. Lisa is a wonderful assistant. She was great at multitasking and making sure the dr had everything he needed. I would recommed
the drs and back office staff but be aware of the front desk receptionists. Make sure your treatment is written correctly and billed correctly.

Obviously he has been a good dentist for me as I started with him in the late 70s. He has done everything from general fillings to root canals, extractions, crowns and bridges. The results have been excellent. yet when I needed a specialist he always refers me to the best available. I am currently working with Dr Spangler and Dr. Matsuda on my first implant.
About Hygienist: I have seen several Hygienists in the office and all have been good. Working with Lori this past year; she has been attentive, detail oriented and has great personality. Even after only one visit with her she remembered me and said "hi" when I was in the office for another procedure. I like that.

I've been going to Dr. Spangler for several years. He has always done a great job. His staff is also very friendly and the facilities are extremely confortable.
About Hygienist: Lori Sloane is very professional. She is extremely gentle and has a great personality that always puts me at ease!

Dr. Spangler is a professional. He spent time understanding my needs and was particularly sensitive to them during the entire procedure.
I recommend Dr. Spangler to anyone who cares about having a Dentist who views the whole patient and not just the mouth.
About Hygienist: Dr. Spangler's hygienist was excellent, also. Her attention to detail and patient care was very comforting. I also found her very likable.

Dr. Spangler has been my family's dentist for more than 25 years. He is one of the best!

Dr. Spanglers office needs lessons in customer service. They have cancelled appts. on me, have been bery rude to me an my wife. Dr. Spangler himself seems to be a pleasant professional person. His staff arround him need to remember who pays their bills.
