Dr. Townshend can be described as old school. He isn't high-tech, but that shouldn't bother you. He knows what he's doing and is insightful and very knowledgeable. He'll tell you right off that he doesn't have a lot of fancy equipment. (They still develop x-rays rather than digital, for example. Not a big deal imo)
He's doesn't seem like the overly wealthy type, and is down to earth. He's nice guy! The work he did was just fine and I'm happy to go back..
About Front Desk: Front desk is a very colorfol older gal who chats it up with the patients as they come in. There's a lot of laughter, and she really does a great job. I like her.
About Hygienist: The hygienist is a really nice lady, who does a great job. I had no problem with her, and liked her just fine.

I have no idea. The front desk was so rude I wouldn't even wait for my appointment!
About Front Desk: Sheila, The woman at the front desk, was the most unfriendly person I have delt with at a dental office. She did not like my insurance, even thought they accept it, and referred to my daughter as "you kind of people." I could not beleive it. I will never go back and will be sure to let everyone who I encounter know!
