Having suffered from lack of dental care since childhood and the subsequent anxiety the extremely limited visits created, i required major restoration at 30. By the time i decided to take action, i thought my only options would be dentures or implants.
Dr. Hoffman and his staff were never judgmental or critical; only focused on my well being. He was aware of my anxiety issues and handled them well with both his demeanor and medication. His associates (for root canals and wisdom teeth extraction) are of equal calibre . Despite my poor pre-existing dental condition, the 18 crowns and 1 bridge feel like i was born with them. His commitment to lasting functionality and aesthetics was continually demonstrated, and always met or exceeded my high expectations of quality. i had considered expensive high profile implant facilities (Think Hollywood...) but after my experience with Dr. Hoffman i realize i couldn't have made a better decision than subjecting myself to his care. In the 3 years since completion, and now practicing proper care, i find my cleaning/check-ups no longer "dental appointments" but rather a chance to chat with Dr. Hoffman and his staff. No exaggeration. Hillsboro should feel fortunate to have them.

Dr Hoffman's is the best in the business. I have never been more comfortable with any dentist. He is easy-going and totally relaxed, making you feel relaxed as well. And if you must have shots in the mouth, no dentist, orthodontist, or periodontist has the smooth, calm, easy hand as Tony. I have rarely felt anything when he has to numb my mouth. I can't say that of every oral surgeon I have been to. Great personal care and fantastic technique - all the qualities of a dentist you want.
About Hygienist: Dr. Hoffman's assistants always have the same calming, personal charm that Tony exhibits. It's a quality that he seeks in his staff, or a quality that he just attracts. Great staff all the way around.
