Dr. Holt is the most expensive dentist I have ever interacted with (I'm in my 50s). Dr. Holt's office "system" failed to properly "enter" my child into the system resulting in no follow up cards/calls/contacts of ANY kind for almost two years. We now face a dental crisis which will cost about $4000 (appreciably more if Dr. Holt were to perform the exact same work) which was at least in part caused by Dr. Holt's office failing to meet what Dr. Holt told me was the "community standard of care" of contacting a patient not less than every 6 months for follow up care/cleaning/etc. A pleasant woman in his office apologized for the error. Nobody offered to actually do ANYTHING to fix the consequences of their error. Dr. Holt may be a nice man and competent dentist. Yet, his charges are extremely high and his office screwed up and they have not stepped up to assume responsibility for the error. I would strongly encourage anybody contemplating care w/Dr. Holt to reconsider. For those who are already established, I think you are paying more money for any given procedure than you would pay elsewhere. It does help explain his Aston Martin parked in front of his front door which his patients have to walk by to enter his office.

Dr. Holt has one of the best practices in town because his service and expertise are reflected in his office. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Holt.

Dr John holt is my family dentist and I am very very pleased with him, it has been long time that he takes care of me and my family and he is the most accurate doctor ,patient,and he does great job on my tooth. I am definitely recomment him as the best dentist in our state (Oregon). he just did another root canal for me , and I did not feel nothing. he always try to make patients so comfortable and make sure there is no pain. he schaduale his patient in enough time and stays with patient all time. I love Dr Holt , he is #1

I've been going to Dr. Holt since I got my first tooth, he and his team of hygienists have never failed to impress me with their dental skills and chair-side manner. They are really great with kids, I never feared going to the dentist growing up, and even big kids (like my dad) have great experiances. They managed to keep me cavity free until I went away to college, but when did I get some cavities my fillings were taken care of efficiantly and are completely invisiable. Dr. Holt also gave great referals when I had to have dental procedures done by other Doctors (Braces and Wisdom teeth). I would highly recomend Dr. Holt to anyone seeking a dental provider.

There is no better Dentist, he has done above and beyond.
I have never had denist call me back on weekend and after hours for any reason !!!

Dr. Holt has been a great dentist to me, but tends to be on the pricey side. However, you can't go wrong here. He definitely knows what he's doing and performs his proceedures painlessly.

Office is old, tired and outdated. Dr. Holt is quick, however Front staff is rude, they lost my 10 years of business as the result of a rude call they made to me. I took my money and moved elswhere.

Dr. Holt is a real professional. He is fast and efficient. He is continually concerned that there be "no pain" and there isn't. The setting is great, with the chairs facing the lake. I've never waited more than 5 minutes and always felt the work was done properly.
