Had cleaning xrays and filling. The good: Experienced little pain. Uses plenty of novacaine. Dr is gentle and and good manners while treating, though he rushes out when finished to get to next patient. Fair prices and no hidden costs. Knowlegable, experienced and does good work. The woman at front desk is helpful and mostly friendly. The bad: His assistants as very unfriendly. The one came into room to set up and did not even greet me with hello. Never said a word or smiled any time I went, except to tell me to bring the clip board to the front. I lile the dentist and the costs but doubt if I'll be back because of assistants' poor manners and unfriendly almost contemptuous attitude.
About Front Desk: Helpful and for the most part friendly.
About Hygienist: No hygienist. Dr cleans.

Its a great office with a great dentist. It's a great serivce that Dr R provides, he's a warm fella with a skill set that makes him great at his trade and also easy chat with while he's working on my teeth.

Dr. Ruggieri is a highly professional, competent and caring dentist. There are never hidden costs. He is patient and makes all procedures as painless as possible. I have recommended him to my friends and family and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Ruggieri is a great dentist. He explained everything to me, showed me the costs, gave me options, and explained what my insurance would cover, etc.
I didn't feel pressured to have more work done then needed or wanted at the time. And I will be going back to have more work done soon.
About Hygienist: I forget her name but she was very pleasant and personable.
