Having dental insurance for the first time in my life, I visited Dr. Robison for a teeth cleaning and to determine if any work needed to be done. The X-rays showed I needed to have 4 cavities filled with 1 possibly needing more work due to extensive tooth decay. After the cavities were filled, 3 of them were 100%. However, the 1 badly decayed tooth would get spontaneous, sharp, shooting pains randomly throughout the day. I went back to Dr. Robison and explained the pain. He adjusted my bite and told me that the pain would go away. 2 weeks later, I still had the same pain. He told me I needed a root canal which he did that very day. When I informed him I needed more numbing meds if more drilling was done, he said there would be no more drilling, went to see another patient and returned to fill the root. In my opinion, he should have known that filling a root would be as painful as if not worse than drilling. As he filled the roots, I felt the worst tooth pain (and I've had several dental procedures in my life) and tears streamed down my face. I ran out of the office crying. My teeth hurt so bad I had to take the day off of work. For the first time in my life, I am scared of the dentist. I won't be returning and don't recommend him

Robison Dental Group makes it a pleasure to visit the dentist. They provide convienent scheduling, friendly staff, quality care, and you always leave with a beautiful smile. I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone.

Dr. Robison was referred to me by Dr. Austin, who did my implants. Dr. Robison said he would have my crowns ready to place over 5 implants in two weeks. They did not arrive for four weeks. I just got the crowns in permanently and it has taken three months. He said the teeth on the left upper fit properly with my bottom teeth. I told him I could not chew food with them. He assured me they properly meshed with my lower teeth. He finally after several trips to his office, made the adjustment. I live in Chandler and in the course of his treatment, I logged over 300 miles with a round trip of 36 miles. I paid him $6,000 with the rest due upon completion. He asked that I pay the remaining $6,000 before he had completed the work. The mental turmoil and strain I experienced with Dr. Robison is beyond description. In no way would I recommend this dentist to others.

Staff is very friendly and pleasant. Dentist seems honest and knowledgeable. Does not pressure you in seeking treatment but makes his recommendations.

He is a wonderful dentist. I am not the easiest dental patient and he is so patient and kind. He performed an emergency root canal on one of my teeth at 2:00 AM. Now that is awesome customer service. Thanks again, Melissa Minch
