I have been going to see Dr. walden for 2 years. I just saw this horrible review and thought I owe it to him to take the time and right down what i thought. I love going to walden. He's much better then previous dentist I've been to. I always feel comfortable and safe when I put my mouth in his hands. His office is beautiful true but thats not why I go. It's simply to be seen by walden because I know that he's a great dentist.

I made an appointment and they kept me waiting for over an hour. When the doctor actually got around to seeing me he jabbed me in the gums about 4 times, and got up and left without saying anything. No one came and got me, I just sat there. I ended up having to see myself out. I then got a bill from a collection agency several weeks later. I followed up with the doctor's office and they never called back. I finally got a call back from someone named Judy and she told me that the account would remain in collections even though I had insurance that was suppoused to pay for the whole thing. I called the Insurance Company, they said they paid it, showed proof, I sent it over to the doctors office and they said too bad, you need to pay us more. Horrible experience!! Stay Away!!
