Dr. Petersen appears to be accommodating, however I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with one of the dental assistants. She was rude, showed no compassion, continued treatment as I was moaning with pain in the chair. She did not offer any relief or sympathy. On top of that, she was shaping my temporaries in my mouth without taking them out, allowing all the plastic dust to go directly into my mouth and nose. I asked if she could at least have the suction by the mouth to absorb all that toxic dust. She responded with an annoyed sigh. At that point she should have asked for another assistant to help her out, but did not. Due to her incompetence and torturous attitude and practice, every time I went to the office I experienced panic attacks. I informed the dentist of my experience and she did change the assistant, but by this point the damage had been done. Unfortunately, I felt that the dentist aligned herself with her arrogant employee, leaving me, the patient to just accept what happened. Due to this horrific experience, I left this practice. To this day I get anxious wondering what long-term damage this assistant may have caused my lungs by allowing enormous amounts of residue to unnecessarily enter my body

Great dental work and I felt very relaxed! The staff was friendly and helpful and worked with my insurance. Everyone made me feel comfortable and took away my anxiety. I felt no pain. They spent lots of time answering all my questions.
