Dr. Soapes has been my dentist for 12 years. During that time he has performed crowns and filled cavities. He is very professional, kind, and painless. I recommend him highly

My children and I were new to the area and went to Soapes on the recommendation of a friend. Every appointment we made was for 5pm and each time we were not seen until after 7pm. One one occasion, the dentist numbed the mouth of my 8 year old 3 times because he kept walking away and forgetting about him. The customer service is horrible and the staff is nasty, though they must be to deal with all the complaining they must hear. When you finally do get to the dental chair, you see the equipment is actually being held together by scotch tape in some cases. The dentist has absolutely no bedside manner whatsoever. I tried to be patient, but even Mother Theresa could not sit for 3 hours for no reason. Stop cramming in so many appointments into the same slot. If you want to optimize your income, add another dentist or develop a better system to service your customers because my time is as valuable as yours and I am not the first person to walk out of there screaming. Not professional AT ALL! (oh yeah, almost every word on the signs in the waiting room is spelled wrong...)

Dr. Soapes is GREAT! However, his staff is extremely unprofessional. If you can pass the front desk you'll be fine. He is worth it!!!!
