If I could give negative stars, I would. They have been stealing money from my account. I authorized a one time payment to make a payment on an old bill, but they continued to charge my account 3 more times and once for an amount that was NEVER agreed upon. I contacted the office and the receptionist was extremely rude and said inappropriate things to me. When I told her they stole my money, she screamed at me and hung up the phone. DO NOT EVER make a payment over the phone with them or they will continue to charge your account if you still owe anything.
Additionally, I have never had a root canal hurt as bad as the one I got from Dr. Monda. And I continue to have pain in that tooth 2 years later! I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Monda and her staff are wonderful! Dr. Monday is gentle, kind, and good all around. Bonnie at the front desk is amazingly helpful and great with patients. I have recommended so many people and will continue.

Never saw her. Waited over 2 hours for a cleaning. Took my husband over an hour for cleaning which he commented that they scrape do hard he felt like they were trying yo get barnacles off the bottom of a boat. I was spoken to rudely when asked how much longer. Would not recommend.
About Front Desk: Rude when asked questions. Questioned why I left previous dentist and called me a liar when I commented I had never been to a dentist with one hygienist.
About Hygienist: Hygienist was rough and unknowledgeable.

I quit going there due to they hired new employees who are beyond rude on the phone in person I don't know how any customer would go there
my experience was terrible no return call had to keep calling
they let go the one assistant who was the best in any office I have ever been to to replace her
these jokers. rude uncaring beyond mean
