I was supposed to have a root canal done. I went in for sedation dentistry but Dr. Mollohan was cold and unhelpful on details. He didn't speak to me at all during the procedure, then stopped and told me I would have to come in again for the rest of it which he had not discussed with me beforehand. Then he demanded $200 which he had not told me ahead of time and said he had gone over my insurance allotment even though I had told him to stay within my insurance. When I got upset after the procedure with his false statements he told me he had witnesses that said otherwise and that I needed to leave his office because I was making a scene. I would NEVER recommend him, poor bed-side manner, and fishy practices with money and insurance pay outs.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff comes across sweet at first and very helpful but the minute you don't like what is going on with the dentist or the dental insurance money expectations, they become rude and shut down. They are not helpful in explaining the problems and kicked me out because I was raising my voice. Not a way to run a business. I will NEVER return to them or recommend them to anyone.

About Hygienist: Amanda was excellent. She was the only one who talked to me and tried to calm me down after my consultations when I was very upset and scared. She asked me if I was alright during the procedure and got me water to drink. She is wonderful, unlike the dentist of the office!!
