Dr. Bassett is not a dentist I would recommend to anyone. I went to her for a new crown, she drilled down a healthy tooth in the back of my mouth without my permission, without creating a new crown that could adjust the healthy tooth for use. She only wants to create more expenses for her patients. She overcharges, is not good at what she does. There is so much new technology out there with machines that can readjust your whole mouth. She is not knowledgeable, is very rude to her whole staff, each time I went to see her, all her office girls were replaced. I believe she has an emotional disorder of some type. DO NOT SEE HER.

Dr. Bassett is an amazing dentist and I would recommend her to everyone in need of a dentist fvor any reason.

I had two veneers placed on my front teeth. I absolutely love my smile now and had the best experience!

Joyce is no doubt talented but she has high team turnover which lead me to question her leadership. Her communications skills are poor and she
would benefit from managment and listening skills communications. Would I go back? No....too many calm talented doctors in AZ to put up with her superficiality.

Implants are not functional; constantly come off. She charges to reattach them. Goes through staff like Kleenex

Office is greedy, misleading, rude, disrespectful, uncompassionate.
1) Initial visit - was told that exam was $150, might be a llittle more. Walked out with a bill of $565. Neglected to tell me that the consultation was extra and cost an additional $250. That and a couple of X-rays amounted to $565. Many other dentists charge nothing or very little for the same type of visit.
2) They apologized when I told them how misleading the cost was. I needed a new partial in a hurry and decided to take a chance with them again. Big mistake. Paid 50% in advance for new partial. Came back from lab wrong. Needed to be redone. Wanted to charge me an additional $750 for the redo - charging me for their mistakes. They wanted the balance in cash ($1750). I walked in and was confronted with the demand for the cash before I even saw the new partial. I walked out and they still have my intitial 50%.

Dr. Bassett redid 10 of my top veneers (which were originally done by a different dentist). I love my new teeth! Dr. Bassett is an artist, not just a doctor! Plus, she always goes above and beyond when you need her! She is an A+ dentist!

Good at work bad with people skills. She is rude to her clients and her employees! She is not a caring dentist, if you are looking for pain free dentistry this is not the place to go! Has a top of the line office. However, patient care should be priority not profits!
