I had what is called a "Full Mouth Reconstruction". He has apparently done many of these operations very successfully.
I checked him out with many of my friends and they all recommended him. He has a wonderful staff and office.
His Hygienist, Elyse, was very coomfortable and hppy to be with me.

My porcelain veneers are beautiful, but he didn't make them,his lab did . My enire appointment all he did is speak about himself and his problems with his staff and personal issues that I don't want to know about.
He seems edgy and unfocused. He is very rough also. I have never had injections that hurt that much and both me and my friend (who is also a prior patient) had bruising and swelling after our appointment with him. I wasn't able to floss very well after my appointment with him. I was afraid to go back to him because he is so rough, in fact, he reminds me of someone who may be on medication or drugs.
When I saw a new dentist to help me resolve my 'shredding floss' issue, he explained to me that 4 of my new veneers were fractured and would need to be replaced. Furthermore, he explained why my gum tissue was bleeding; multiple shards of cement and two open margins were left.
I beleive that any dentist who has a staff turnover rate, like Dr. Ellicson does, must have issues that extend beyond 'normal'. Is he a good dentist? Maybe sometimes, but my experience is that people who drag their personal problems into work and lay them on their patients, aren't putting their patients first.

I have seen my fair share of dentists as a result of congenitally missing laterals. In my early adolescence, my childhood dentist built two bridges (covering my front four teeth) to correct this deficiency, which not only looked awful, but created future dental problems. When I moved to Phoenix, I knew I needed to find a dentist that could fix my smile and create something that I had always dreamed of. After consulting a number of general and cosmetic dentists in the valley, I found Dr. Ellicson. He was the most honest, upfront, and caring dentist I have met.
Dr. Ellicson's staff is professional and they make you feel welcome and relaxed. Dr. Ellicson is dedicated to staying up to date on the latest techniques in dentistry with the latest technology.
My teeth are finished and they look and feel great! For the first time in my life I can smile and be proud of it! I recommend Dr. Ellicson and his excellent service, care, and follow-up to anyone. He will create a beautiful smile with as much ease as possible. He genuinely cares that his patients are happy with his work. I am completely satisfied with my experience and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
