Dr. Jim and his Staff all the girls are amazing.They take the time to stop and talk to you and explain exactly what is wrong and what Dr Jim thinks is the best plan,and if you can't afford it or your insurance doesn't cover it they will go with what he feels is most important and insurance will cover. They take the fear factor away that you think of when it comes to the dentist. They don't treat you like a patient or a number but like you are a close personnel friend. I would recommend Dr Jim over and above any Dentist

About Front Desk: The front desk they are simple awesome Barbara and Jennifer they are the most delightful helpful and friendly staff of any Doctor office I use. Barbara will actually set there and figure and let you know what your insurance will and want pay . They are saying hello before you get all the way in the door. the whole staff Dr Jim,Brooke,Jan,Barbara,Jennifer they all are simple awesome and I never thought I wouldn't mind going to the dentist until I found Dr.Jim and his staff.

About Hygienist: Jan was awesome she was the best Hygienist ever. She was the most gentle and my teeth felt clean and she took her time. They have the best manners and makes you feel like somebody. I have never seen a dentist office like this

I went to Dr. Kotsianas after another dentist messed up my crowns. They were very nice and their recommendations were helpful- even little things like giving me a prescription strength toothpaste. He did a remarkable job on a crown on one of my back teeth. The office is very high tech and they were able to explain the dental work I needed in a way that I could understand. I do not like going to the dentist in general, but I feel like I have finally found a dentist in the area that I can trust to fix my teeth correctly.
