He has VERY limited office hours--4 day week. NO Flexability after 5PM or Fridays. Refused BASIC needs and WOULD not comply with BASICS. Requested BASIC Cleaning included in Insurance and Would not...Wanted to do full scale cleaning that wasn't in affordability! or covered by insurance... My experience shows he a Dentist out for himself--A Service to self Dentist vs a Service to others one!
PS was quoted my price for a crown (over 900) with a 80-20 Insurance, and when calling in to question-Had an appointment on the 28th of Nov--He no longer wanted my business--- Stating the Office help complained....As they were weak in their communication skills!

Dr. Klein is the most compassionate and kind dentist I have ever met. His chairside manner is excellent as well as his assistants. I had full mouth cosmetic work done by him and it is perfect. No one can tell my teeth are veneers. They are so natual which is exactly what I wanted. Dr. Klein's fees are very fair and within the same range of other dentists is the area. I have never had a poor experience since my family and I have been seeing him the last 10 to 12 years. His Hygienists has been the same one since we have been going there. She is also excellent and very informative. The front office girls always help us with our insurance and explain our portions to pay very clearly! I could never foresee us ever going to any other dentist.
