Dr. Bush has been replacing crowns for me over the past 21/2 yrs. some were old, some were improperly fitted in the first place, creating more decay under the crowns. Yikes!! I don't particularly like going to the dentist however Dr. Bush was great and very gentle with all of my visits having to do with these repairs.. I found his explanation of what he was about to do more than sufficient and with his 'beach' motif throughout the office, I was quite relaxed. I have recommended Dr. Bush to my friends and he has seen all my family as well. I will continue, to refer him, he has integrity , extremely professional.....he's just the best!

Dr. Bush performed an upper bridge for me and it went so smooth and stress free. I don't like needles but Dr. Bush made it so pain free; he was quick and I barely felt a thing. I love how he explained everything that he was doing and that he would stop and check to see how I was doing with the procedure. He really cares and is dedicated to doing the best for his patients always! I would highly recommend Dr. Bush!

Thankful that this dentist encouraged me to keep the space between my front teeth and be satisfied with my smile. I used braces for years and the gap would come back. Very gentle and caring, this dentist is the best that I have ever been to.

Family and I went in for 6 month appointment. We see another dentist in Green Hills every 6 months but do to insurance changes we decided to go some where the insurance was accepted. Next time we will go back to Dr. Roach in Green Hills and pay out of pocket.
I was informed I needed 5 crowns and the wife needed 3. I questioned the doctor about this since we have never been told this previously. The doctor went on about how we needed these because they were going to crack. Then he tried to "upcharge" us for the warranty for the crowns. I questioned about the upcharge fee and the doc said we needed it incase we had a problem. The arrogant doctor then went on about how he graduated top of his class with crown and bridge.
The doc is older and who cares what you graduated. You passed a National Board didn't you? That is all that matters.
Will not be returning.
The hygienist seemed unsure at what she was doing. She did not speak English the best and the other hygienist seemed like she just got out of school.

I will never ever go back to this guy.I've been to many dentists and this guy was the worst.In one word "pain".I had a root canal and the pain was so bad that I felt I would pass out.I told him I was not numb and he said I was.

Replaced my wife's partial plate in late 70's early 80's- she has had numerous compliments on the quality of the partial from other dentists - Finally, after about 28 years she had to have them replaced. She was wishing she was close by so Byron could do them again.
