Dr. Gross is a great dentist and dedicated to the patient. Visits are entirely stress free. Energetic, happy and efficient are appropriate descriptive words.

About Hygienist: Alyssa provided a smooth and thorough cleaning. She described any findings throughout the procedure and I felt very comfortable at all times. Overall the cleaning procedure was excellent.

Put temporary crown after painful root canal. Would not acknowledge that she did not provide porcelain crown for which I paid in cash. I originally came for a chipped tooth to be bonded as it had been easily and inexpensively by two previous dentists with.. She gradually whittled away at the tooth to need a crown and then a partial plate. She was aiming for a bridge or full plate. She is a crooked car mechanic who keeps messing with things and jacking up the price. A liar. A cheat. Money is her object, not the care of the patients teeth. She does not deserve a single star. RUN if you see this con artist.

About Front Desk: Front staff like a revolving door. I surmise that some receptionists quit because of shady practices.

About Hygienist: Hygienists rotated like revolving doors. Couldn't tell one from the other. Obviously Gross Ego had something to do with it.

I always feel more stressed than when I first entered the building. The staff have asked me to come in early for several occassions and then leave me wating in the waiting room. Staff seems tense and does not explain what they are doing. The staff does not communicate well with me in what they are doing and I always leave paying extra for an additional service as well as another appointment becasue they did not complete what I came in for in the first place. Dr Goss is very intellegent but has poor people and communication skills. Too concerned with insurance and payor source. She has her own agenda and does not consult the patient.

About Hygienist: DH does a poor job at cleaning teeth properly and has on occassions cleaned half of my mouth and then had me set up an additional appointments to clean the rest. I asked if when I was leaving if she could polish my teeth next time she answered we will see if we have time. This should be conducted with each cleaning. Poor comminication skills.
