I have been going to him for three years. It hasnt been over the top good but I dont have any complaints either. Overall I guess you could say he is a good dentist.

About Hygienist: Hygienist are a little rough. And they always think cement plate behind my front teeth is tarter, which I have never had anyone else think that. So I can't figure out if its just a lack of knowledge or a coincidence.

I know this doctor: 3 years

Dr. Gathright and his staff are very professional and skilled in what they do. Dr. Gathright really takes time to examine your teeth and thoroughly explains what he has found and what treatment options are available. I find that he is very gentle during procedures and I have always been very happy with the results. His office seems to be really up-to-date with the latest equipment. You're able to actually see the problem on a camera instead of just taking the doctor's word for it! The staff has always been very helpful and they do a great job explaining what insurance will pay verses what my portion will be. I would highly recommend Dr. Gathright's office ffor anyone's dental needs.

The review is not for the doctor, but for his staff: Dr. Gathright did not work on me. It was supposed to be a simple cleaning. It was my first and ONLY appointment at this office. They were an hour behind schedule. Then they took a full set of x-rays, used cleaning tools that created gaps between each of my four front teeth, made a suggestion that I get braces, referred me to a periodontist, charged me $110.00 (in addition to what they charged my insurance company) and wanted me to return to finish the cleaning! Later, I got a bill for another $3.40. My smile used to be the best thing about me. The teeth were even and fit nicely next to each other: no overlapping and no gaps. All they needed was a good cleaning. I have no idea why she did this to me. All I know is, I have gaps were there were none and I am so angry about it I could spit through them. Maybe they will try to sell me a set of "esthetic front teeth crowns" to fix what they did. (yes, I have pictures that prove I had no gaps between my teeth before this *** did this damage) I love to smile and am now self-conscious about my ugly teeth. All I want to do is scream. I'd sue him if I could. Anybody know a good attorney?
