Had a set of false teeth made by Dr Booth a little over two years ago. One of the denture plates began to split. I called and asked about any warranty, etc. They set up appointment so I could talk to Dr Booth. He told me I had not been there since 2006 (I didn't live in AUSTIN in 2006!!!!) I paid to get denture fixed but I am totally dissatisfied as my payment records show when the dentures were made and I was lied to about this. Anyone who will not stand behind their work and the materials used - especially $9,000+ of these commodities, doesn't deserve my business. OR ANYONE ELSE'S!!!

Dr. Booth was friendly and honest. I am highly dentist phobic and he was good at minimizing the pain associated with an extraction. (Yes, this was an Emergency Visit) The staff was very cordial and friendly and I felt at ease in their company.

Dr. Booth is a good dentist, gentle and easy to work with. The veneer process was extremely expensive and was not painless. They don't tell you upfront that the teeth will be extremely sore and delicate following the procedure. I spent many days and weeks getting over the pain, tenderness and temperature sensitive condition following the applications, far more than with any crown, including those applied with root canals. Also, if you eat like normal the veneers will become loose and come off. Veneers are in no way equal to crowns and cannot be used to bite off an apple or other firm type of food without weakening the attachment glues. They do look good, but had thickness to your teeth resulting in accidental impacts between teeth. I feel it was not the best option for me to have taken. Crowns would have beem much better and I could have gotten them for less that a thousand dollars per tooth, like the veneers. Since the initial installation of my veneers 7 months ago, I have had several emergency visits to the dentist for absessed teeth, infected gums and 3 root canals. It's always the teeth with the veneers that seem to have the problems.

About Hygienist: The hygienist was efficient and did not tear up my mouth. She was very professional and gentle while performing the cleanings.

Dr. Booth and his staff are very friendly and good at their practice. They took good care of cleaning my teeth. I also needed a lot of work done to replace fillings in my teeth which Dr. Booth overall did a good job. I had one filling that would not just not set in well and to this day still causes me a little problem but Dr. Booth each time would be very willing to try and correct. Overall very pleased with his services. Unfortunately my insurance is not longer covered by their office so I did need to find another dentist

Dr. Booth and staff are very nice. The setting is nice, but the rooms are too close together so you hear other patients' exams. I've had long waits after hygenist was done cleaning my teeth because dentist was busy with another patient. Staff are very proactive about calling you to schedule next appointment.

I saw Dr. Booth after a very bad experience with another dentist. He was able to assist with a reoccuring toothache. We also discussed a plan to correct some teeth that were not aligned correctly. His prices are reasonable. I have not had any issues with insurance. The bills are itemized and easy to understand. His staff is very friendly and professional. The environment in the office is very relaxing. I must say the referral program is very rewarding. I don't mind referring the office because the service is truly great. My husband and children also see Dr. Booth, now.

Dr Booth and his staff are extremely conscientious and were clear on costs of procedures. This is my first year to use his services; I was pregnant at my first office visit and he was careful of that condition. I like his location in the Arboretum area and he even worked me in on his day off when I had severe jaw pain. Only concern is that he is no longer with my insurance so hope I can continue to use him. Has movies in every room so keeps you entertained!

Dr. Booth is very nice and his hygenist and front desk staff is very helpful. We were new to the Austin area and randomly selected him for our routine cleaning and check-up and was pleasantly surprised and lucky to have found Dr. Booth. His office also provides treatment plans - so you can see your costs for dental work BEFORE it's done.
