I would recommend you avoid Dr. Ehrlich. He is arrogant and made a night guard incorrectly, disregarded my input, and doubled the time of my appointment. His office tried to charge me an additional $250 for x-rays, even though I they quoted me x-rays that were half the cost. The doctor's wife was incredibly. She agreed that the staff took x-rays the price of which were not quoted to me, but did not agree that I should not pay for something I didn't ask for.
About Front Desk: Avoid this office. The doctor's wife runs the front desk and will try to get you to pay for procedures you didn't agree to.

Dr. Todd Ehrlich is a wonderful Dentist. He always takes time to listen to me and makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Todd to anyone who is in need of a high quality Dentist, who cares. Dr. Todd has the newest latest tools and gadgets. I feel like I’m being treated by the best of the best.
Dr Todd fixed a crown done incorrectly by another Austin dentist. All the pain is gone. You pay for what you get and Dr. Todd is the best.
About Hygienist: All Dr Todd's hygienist are friendly and very gentile. The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. It’s like one big family.

Procedures are virtully painless, cost is appropriate to area and other dentist charges. The front desk is phenomenal at billing and helping with arranging payments. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional. I couldn't ask for a better dentist.

I avoided going to the dentist for a long time because I had horrible experiences with them. When I finally went to see Dr Ehrlich my teeth were falling apart. He fixed them and made sure that I had ZERO pain during all the procedures. Dr. Ehrlich is very proud of his work and is happy when your teeth look great. He is an artist and a doctor rolled into one person.
Dr. Ehrlich's entire staff cares about the clients even when they are not in the office. I am a single mom with 3 teens and no insurance so everything seems expensive to me.

Had to wait for almost an hour in the waiting room. Dr. was arrogant and in a hurry.

When moving to Austin, one of our few regrets was losing the services of our wonderful dentist in our previous home town. We tried two other Austin dentists before finding Dr. Ehrlich. We are very happy with him and his staff so far. We have only had routine preventive care, so we cannot testify to experience with major procedures, but we will trust him with those more complicated procedures when that time comes (unfortunately, it always does...) Note: Our rating for COST is arbitrary, since our insurance pays for our dental care.
