I too was HOUNDED from this office. Even after I found another great dentist, they continued to call me. My new dentist ranks within 150 Austin dentists where Dr Jones ranked way lower.
All we want is honesty and a pretty smile.
Not being taken advantage of.
as I passed by her office on 620 today, I was not surprised the practice was no longer there .

I do not agree with the negative reviews. This dentist and staff were VERY helpful dealing with my issues as well as insurance and provided me with reasonable up front costs for all services. VERY helpful that I can get my work done on Fridays as well as Oral Surgery and Periodontal treatments. Love that I can get everything that I need done right here and not have to travel all over the place for other specialty services.
So far very happy....

I was a new patient and was told that need to have crown made on a tooth that was quite healthy and only had to replace an old filling.
After second opinion from another dentist in her practice, that was dismissed as unnecessary. 3 and a half years after - the tooth is fine. Another tooth had an inley done. It felt after 9 months and she wanted to charge me again the price of a new inley to be done. I went to a different dentist. The inley was made with a deep discount and is still stayng in place.

Chairside manner is horrible,does not listen and is very pushy.Seems to only want your money and does not pay attention to why you refuse. Pushy sales and employees are always different month to month. Will not stop calling you even if you get mad.If you want a fast food type office this is it.

I am a patient of Dr. Jones. All of my appointments with her have been wonderful and I would recommend her to all my family and friends. She is the most honest and sincere dentist I have ever experienced.

horrible!! never the same person in this office. there used to be a nice dentist that worked with her. when i made my appt, i thought i was going to see the guy I used to see but they told me he's not there anymore. this female doctor was very cold and before i left they were telling me i needed over $6,000 worth of dental work!!!! now, someone from there calls my house, my cell phone and my work phone AT LEAST 2 times a month!! i keep telling them not to call -- but, they don't listen!

I do not recommend Four Points Dental. Dr. Jones is a person that does not stand by her work and her word. The doctor is not very friendly and did not listen to my concerns regarding my teeth. It seems as if she only wanted me in for a crown and then never cared or not if I returned. I am not a complainer, however I have NEVER experienced this type of treatment, by any Physician or Dentist. When ever I had billing issues with my insurance they were never resolved to my satisfaction and when I asked to speak with the doctor regarding a refund, she never would take my call. Please be warned of Four Points Dental and there tactics.

I went to Four Points Dental as a new patient and was informed that they accepted my insurance. It was not until I got the bill and found that that Dr. Jones does not participate with my insurance company. When I called to let them know of my dissatisfaction and that I would be leaving the office and needed my x-rays, I was told that I would be charged $35 for these x-rays that I have already paid for!! I warn anyone to avoid this office and felt that Dr. Jones and her staff were not up front and honest.
