Dr. Pickens is very friendly, helpful, and thorough. He does good work and answers all your questions. He seems to go above and beyond. My husband and my husband's mom have been going to him for years. At their recommendation, I started going to him and found him better than any other dentists I had been to. I've only gotten cleanings, but my husband has gotten fillings and fixed chipped teeth, and he has been extremely satisfied with the work done.

About Front Desk: Very helpful and friendly. Always remembers who I am. When I had an insurance problem, the front desk staff resolved the problem for me quickly and without me having to do anything.

About Hygienist: The hygienist gives excellent cleanings. She is very thorough and takes her time to ensure a complete clean. She is also very, very nice and friendly. Her cleanings are better than any other dentists I have been to.

Dr. Pickens is very kind and great at his job. He cares about his patients and wants them to go the rout that's best for them even if it means less income for him. He tries to do what's best for his patients as far treatment options and financial issues. My husband and I started going to his practice when we were newly weds and now, our 2 daughters, 23&20, also go to Dr. Pickens. I highly recommend this dentist as he is one of the best all around...they just don't make dentists like this anymore.

About Front Desk: Helpful and friendly. Penny is good about reminder calls and tries to work you into their extremely "booked" schedule in the best possible way.

About Hygienist: I've know 2 great ladies who work at this office and they are both very caring and professional.

Dr. Pickens and his staff are the BEST!!!! All of the family goes to him and have recommended him to others who agree that he is the BEST!!!! Make and appointment for yourself and you too will see that I am not exaggerating! Dr. Pickens makes going to the dentist a whole lot of FUN!!!! No dental fear here!

About Hygienist: She is the BEST too!!!!

What people love about Dr Pickens is that he is a doctor first and a salesman last. I don't think you can even buy a toothbrush! He takes his time and is very conservative. I GREAT local dentist.
