I got a crown done there. Never will I go back the whole staff is rude and I could hear them complaining about other patients. . they wouldn't even let me take a breathe break cause they seem to be in such a hurry. . I felt they didn't care about me. Just money to them at this office.

Dr Batoon really cares about her patients and she knew I had negative experiences before. I like the fact that she explains things as she is working on me. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I have referred my co-workers to the office and they have been happy as well. She did a veneer on my front tooth and it matched really well to the my natural tooth.

Dr. Batoon take personal care in her dental approach. She values communication and treats the whole patient. I love her approach of openess and really respect the pride she takes in her care. Her staff is helpful and make the whole experience comfortable.

My initial experience with Dr. Batoon was that of a very friendly and genuinely concerned dentist.
After numerous visits, I began having doubts about the quality of care I was receiving. Doctor and staff did not appear to be functioning well together and staff turnover was apparently high. In my opinion, her chair-side manner could also be improved. The fees charged were usually always "above-and-beyond" what the insurance companies deem to be reasonable, so be prepared. Front desk staff will file insurance for you, but no flexible payment plans are offered other than filing for a personal health-care loan. The hygienist at this practice was great! Always friendly and very professional.

Diana is very sweet and professional. She has even called me to set up my appointments sometimes and rememembers the fact that I need early appointments and makes sure to call and see if she can fit me if a better time comes up. She's really nice and all of her staff is too. The office is gorgeous and very calming.
