Do not do any work at this place unless you get a second opinion. I was recommended a partial crown, two fillings, and laser gum therapy. I got a second opinion from my dentist who I have seen every 6 months for 20 years, and my dentist said I needed NONE of those things done. I had no decay, I had no tooth fracture, I had no gum disease. To top it all off, my teeth were not even cleaned properly! I was scraped off old tartar after I got home that night and they did not have that just-went-to-the-dentist clean feeling. All in all, I felt scammed, furious, and incredibly sorry for the future customers of this facility. Read below to get more details. I have gone to the same dentist in Richardson since I was 5 years old (that's over 20 years now) every 6 months on the dot. I have healthy teeth that do require their 6 month check-up, and have had a couple fillings and some sealants, but never anything major and all of that over a long period of time. But it is a bit of a drive and the main dentist had retired, so my husband and I wanted to try a new place. DO NOT GO HERE. They are not trustworthy. It may look cool and feel cool, but they are just out to make a buck and have little concern for your actual tooth and gum health.

About Hygienist: My teeth were NOT cleaned after the visit. They were sort of picked at, but the tartar remained. Not satisfied.

I know this doctor: 1 Day

The front office staff has to be the most incompetent group of individuals one will ever encountered to the point of being offensive. Their Operations/Sales Manager thinks they are working in a car dealership. I went in for a filling that fell off, and they tried to sell me $4500.00 worth of work that I did not need nor want. Every time that I explained to them that I was not interested in what they were trying to sell me they would reduce the price, as though I was buy a car. After I agreed to one treatment they went ahead and did other procedures that I did not consent to do.
