I was made to pay 100% for two crowns bc as I was in n transition from another carrier. I paid $4000 for the work and only owed $471 per tooth. I can not get back what is owed me. They have had my money since the first of August. I think the y are in dire straits, They lost the front desk clerk.

Dr. Shipley is very nice. He doesn't look for stuff so he can charge you, he is conservative in his approach and appreciative of the patient's needs and resources. I have no idea what the other reviewer was saying about bimonthly stuff, I have never found that to be the case at all. We get reminders every six months until we confirm our appointment. That's it!

About Front Desk: Excellent! They remember you, they are very very nice and they are efficient. Highly recommend.

Dr. Shipley is a wonderful dentist who takes the time with each patient to ensure that they understand their procedures and as comfortable as possible. His staff is also very friendly and always willing to assist in any way needed.

I had a very pleasant experience when visiting Dr. Shipley's office. I recieved deep cleaning and was completley satisfied. There was minimum pain, if any. Even when Dr. S gave me two shots on both sides of my mouth to deaden my gums, all I felt was a pinch and a little pressure. The staff was friendly and professional as I walked through the door, with minimum wait. I fell he is reasonable with his prices and honest. Dr. Shipley and Danielle, Hygienist are one of the best. I'm a senior citizen, 65 plus, therefore, I've had my share of dentists. I highly recommend Dr. Jerry Shipley and Hygienist Danielle.

About Hygienist: Hygienist, Danielle is the best. She is caring, thorough, professional, and she is hymming while she works. I felt safe and confident knowing she loved her job. I almost fail asleep while receiving this procedure, due to not experiencing any pain. I just had very minimun senstive spots. I've had this procedure done in period of 20 yrs, 4 times by the Denists. She was the best I've ever experienced. I highly recommend Danielle. I'm so happy and satisfied with my dental visits.

This is, by far, the best dental practice I've visited in my life ( I'm 52 ). Everyone is courteous and professional, the cleanings are thorough and Toni does a good job getting all the insurance paperwork handled.I've recommended Dr Shipley to friends and family for years.

I've gone to Dr. Shipley for 15 years and initally went to him because I heard that he is very attentive to pain and anxiety; which he is. I've stayed with him for all these years because he stays ahead of the curve on the latest procedures, equipment and techniques, and his staff is equally as professional and attentive. Though I travel over 25 miles now for my appointments, it's well worth it.

Seems like he's always marketing and devising ways to keep you coming in on a bimonthly basis. Very expensive.

Dr. Shipley, and all his staff and associates have always been very friendly and courteous, as well as professional. In several of his treatment rooms the patient faces a window with a view to trees with bird feeders and plenty of birds playing and feeding. This produces a wonderful sense of relaxation and well being. His examinations are thorough, and done with high tech equipment. The treatments he administers reflect the latest in dental advancements. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his services. Ted Smith 972-788-0544
