not happy with treatments, I have been dealing with Dr. Sugg and his office for over 2 years, and I still do NOT have the smile I was promised.

He told me that I had serious gum disease and told me that I needed this expensive root planing / scaling cleaning procedure, which I went ahead with because I believed him. Then, he said that I need a root canal and then a crown. He did the crown as a cosmetic procedure (without my knowledge) and my insurance would NOT cover it - it cost me over $1,000 for that 1 crown. When they did procedures they always made me pay more that I should have and they STILL owe ME money that I overpaid. This dentist has a "financial advisor" on staff - to see just how much $$$ they can suck out of you - BEWARE! I later found out from 2 separate dentists that I did NOT have gum disease at all - I barely even had gingivitis. 1 of the dentists told me after looking at X-rays he had gotten from Dr. Sugg that I did NOT even need that root canal and crown at all.
