Excellent dentist, highly recommended. Routine exam completed with xrays, cleaning, and one-on-one doctor and patient discussion of treatment to be provided. Virtually no pain. Cost was well within norm to below the average El Paso dental costs. Will file insurance on a case by case basis, but very easy for patient to file with their own insurance. Office staff will provide receipt with full diagnosis and ICD-9 codes as required. Doctor chair side manners is superb. Very patient and professional at all time. Dental hygienists very considerate, careful, and professional. However, teeth polishing by the hygienist is not the best. They could and should spend more time on cleaning/polishing teeth. Should be a noticable appearance improvement after a cleaning, but I could not discern one in four visits over two years time frame. Front desk staff efficient but not the most personable. Telephone contact is short and curt. Information provided is accurate but they should learn customer service. Insurance claims not normally handled and they should consider doing so if possible. However, this is tiertiary to all other areas, their receipts are perfectly acceptable by all insurance carriers. Overall, excellent dentist .
