several treatments enough to make this recommendation based on experience. The doctor is nice however, she at times does not explain her procedures and her communication with the from desk staff setting appointments for treatment is not clear. relative to insurance I have been incorrectly charged due to the lack of communication at times with the front desk billing. To be as fair as possible this issue was cleared up. However, it strained the relationship because I had to explain the issue many times with the front desk person. This is an ongoing issue if you don't catch the charge up front and explain that you do not want any extras that are not standard or paid for by the insurance. once I started to make sure the procedures and pricing was clear the front desk person has been less friendly.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff can be very rude which I believe at times represented the doctor in a poor manner. I was also booked wrong and overcharged which was corrected.

Dr. Carpenter if very nice and professional. I have finally found a Dentist that I feel comfortable with. I have had very bad experience with Dentists and now that I have found Dr. Carpenter, I will not go with anyone else. Her staff is also so nice and friendly, they make you feel very comfortable.
About Front Desk: Annette is WONDERFUL, I Love her! She is so nice and helpful over the phone and in person.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Carpenter now for 5 years and she is absolutely wonderful. Her new office is gorgeous, very stylish and has all the latest technology throughout the entire office. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing and chic. I definitely recommend Dr. Carpenter as a "Dentist of choice".

I have been a patient of Dr.Capenter for over 3 years. She is the excellent dentist. She is very personable and has pleasant personality. She make dentist visit a painless experience. I have recommended her to few of my friends and they liked her too.
