Replaced crowns and veneers, which resulted in severe bite issues and continuous pain for over 6 months. Resulted in having to go to a specialist and have the work redone.
About Front Desk: When I first went to the office, the front desk was great. However, when I started having issues, there appeared to be a total change in staff and the new assistant and staff were not as friendly or as helpful.
About Hygienist: The hygienist service was good, however she is no longer with the office.

I'm the biggest Dentist chicken you'll ever meet, but I trust Dr. Gonzales completely. Her staff is pleasant and they even hold my hand when I get a shot - and I'm a grown up! LOL!!! Very professional and comfortable atmosphere.
