I have been with Dr .Gordon for several years now and i can say that he is the one of the Best Dentists I have ever had... ( I have had really 4 in my lifetime ) over the years. A dentist to me is very personal ...like your Hairstylist your Doctor (GP) once you find one you trust and does good work, you feel comfortable. I guess when someone is looking in your mouth how much more personal can you get. Anyways 4 stars for my Dentist ... Dr. G.

About Front Desk: They are all good and friendly make you feel like family but than again that's what going to a dentist is like they know you personal details they see your xrays ... so that family feeling i appreciate!!

I was surprised to read all the rave reviews above. I visited Dr. Gordon about four times, three of those I waited over an hour past my appt time. The last time I was there I even watched the hygienist I was suppose to have an appointment with sit in her room with no one else for 45 mins past my appointment. After I let the front desk know how upset I was they apologized and told me she would take me back now. I would have rather gone back 45 mins earlier than sit an wait for her to decide that it was time for me to grace her presence. While under Dr. Gordon's care I needed a crown. After he gave me the shot to numb the pain I felt this sharp pain in my gums. I felt it for about 4 weeks, as my physician told me he probably damaged a nerve. I mentioned this in my fitting for my crown, he rudely replied that it was not his fault. Seeing as Dr. Gordon is the only one in his office that is trained to give these shots (so I was told), I was a tad worried. Now about 6 months later, I need a root canal and a new crown because the previous one was not put on correctly. So after spending an obscene amount of money I get to pay to double over. I will never use his services again.

About Front Desk: The lady that covered billing and insurance was amazing!

Hygiene rating:

About Hygienist: I found two hygienist I really enjoyed but soon they were no longer employed there. I don't know why but they were lovely and made the process almost painless. Though I had two other hygienist who were absolutely awful. Its kind of a toss up between whether you are going to be miserable or stress free.

Beware of this doctor! My husband had some minor dental problem, but he managed to "treat" him for months and spent all our insurance money. He put two crowns on him and kept "digging" out more and more. After we got suspicious, we went to a different dentist and found out that he indeed did a lot of unnecessary things, but we would never be able to figure out whether one of the two crowns was needed! We are so upset right now. I have never done reviews online before, but i just want to alert everyone not to make the same mistake!

I have had two crowns put in by Dr. Gordon on two separate occasions. In both cases (an upper and a lower) the process was as comfortable as getting crowns can be. The shots were easy to take and the upper crown shots were completely painless. Dr. Gordon's attention to detail gave me confidence that the procedure was being done with high competence, and I have had no problems with my permanent crown (my temporary crowns did not come loose, either). I would like to see some diversion - either music or video - for patients at the office. Dr. Gordon may be a little more expensive than other dentists in the area, but I feel that it is not out of line with his experience and the results. I enjoyed the office staff, they were pleasant to me and called up with reminders. They also were up-to-speed on my situation, reminding me that I needed to premedicate.
