My insurance pays 100% cleaning and sealant I got a bill for $231. Then she needed a cavity filled, Dr. Celso Seretti said he would put her under because she is scared of needles plus I had to pay $800. When we got where all Dr. Celso Seretti had to give her was laughing gas, she started crying, I said she needs an oral surgeon. Seretti gave us a number we went there. The doctors at Oral Surgery Associates put her under total cost $170. Two weeks ago she had a cleaning appointment, I called and told them she was called into work and could not make the appointment, The receptionist said fine and set her for the next day same thing happen again she was called into work. I called them they said fine, they said just call or walk in when she can. Today I get a bill for $100. I called Seretti’s office to find out why I have a bill. The receptionists tells me the charge is $50 for each of the appointments she missed. I told the receptionist she did not tell me that when I called to cancel the first. We have been using Dr. Celso Seretti for over two years now. I will never use Dr. Celso Seretti again. Seretti cares more about money then his patients.

One word would sum it up "Unethical". Dr. Seretti always keep writes things on the chart which in turn translated to more charges by the front desk and you really can't figure out what you are being charged for...

The work he did on me 6 months ago it had to be re-done due cutting corners and not fixing the real problem so you would have to go back again... I definitely do not recommend him. Dr. Seretti was unsensitive to my pain.
About Front Desk: Office staff is extremely un-professional and rude. If you ever have to cancel an appoitment, they will charge for it regardless how long you have been with them Charges are outrages. My insurance caught an additional charge they added - Fraudulent. They tell you one thing and charge another.

Money hungry, unbending. Has changed through the years I have been going to him. When he was in a crappy buildung, everyone was nice. When they moved to the new place that he obviously cannot afford, his staff out fron wears low cut hooker clothes. He has billboards and door hangers for God'ssake. I have had extractions and cleanings and everything done in the many years I have been going here. No more ! His prices are too high and they lack compassion. Go anywhere else! Avoid this place like the plague.

Dentist did not follow through with invisalign - end result not good
Dentist office manager charges for cleaning though it's covered 100% by insurance.
Promise to transfer (due to move) records to new dentist at no charge so they could take more xrays -- now charging me.
Office manager does not listen-talks over patients. Very disrespectuful.
Anything for money and your end results are not professional in addition to being yelled at by office manager. If you want a professional team, you don't want to be here!

This office tells you that your insurance covers certain procedures and then suddenly the insurance denies them so the patient is stuck with the outrageous bill. They do not care about the patient and the front desk lady honeys and loves you to try to defuse the situation while it was her fault in the first place. Dont tell me my insurance will pay this amount and then st ick me with the bill when it was never approved. I know you still get paid, but the patient was expecting a $1000 dollar procedure for a deep teeth cleansing that took a whole hour. Ridiculous. Worst dentist ever! Old equipment.

I had been going to Dr Seretti for many years and I think he is a great dentist. He has had to put several crowns into my head and I still can't feel which are fake and real.
My company (United Space Alliance) changed providers in 2009 so Dr Serretti is no longer available to me "In Network".
I am not a happy camper about that, so now I have to find someone as good as Dr Serretti or pay more.

This dentist does poor work. He will recommend treatement that is not necessary. He has recommended arestin for treatment on a family member when it is not necessary. This was confirmed by 2nd opinion dentist. He will do sealants when they are not needed, all because insurance covers it. He does this all to make a buck not caring whether the patient can afford it or even needs it. His services are higher than most dentist. I needed a regular cleaning and Seretti is the only dentist where I was mailed a bill for a normal hygienist cleaning. He only gives the hygienist 40 mins for a 6-month recall appointment. I did not feel this was adequate time for the hygienist to do a good job. Every other dentist I have visited in my life gave 60 minutes. He recommended to a family member that they needed a crown, but the 2nd opinion said they only needed a filling replaced. Saving several hundred dollars. This is the worst dentist I have ever seen and will not be going back based on my visits.
About Hygienist: The hygienist is awesome. She really tries during her short appointment time to take the time to get to know her patients. She is very thorough and gentle. The next day my gums were not sore at all.

Just made the switch to his office and he seems like a nice doctor he was polite, professional and explained what he was doing as he did it which to me is good chair side manners.
Just had a cleaning and initial consult which now has included a replacement crown.
They office staff are very professional and maybe just a little bostrious. There hours are a little short I'd like to work just 4 days a week, closed Friday - Sunday. The doctor is available by pager for dental emergencies.
