From day one Dr Mora and staff have been wonderful to me and my family. She takes her time to explain whats going with my teeth during the consultations. I also really like the camera she uses to show whats going on in the mouth. It shows up on a screen so you are able to see what she is talking about. Great staff and lovely environment.... a nice home feeling! Thanks!

Dr. Mora is not a very good orthodontist. Wait times were long, and she hardly was ever in the room herself. She was always out getting a face lift or liposuction or some other vain surgery. She removed 4 of my permanent teeth for braces and never closed the spaces. At the end of 2 years she took my braces off and even though I was unsatisfied with the results she said I signed a contract saying that Orthodontics is not a perfect science and she can't be held liable for imperfect results. What kind of bullshit is that? Definitely do not go to her. The only upside is she accepts medicaid and she as well as all her employees speak Spanish (Although I'm not hispanic, most of her patients are)

I've been going to Dr. Mora for many years now and she is a wonderful Dentist. She's always very friendly and she does a great, pain-free job. Her office staff is great too. I would recommend Dr. Mora to others.

I have been to this dentist 10-14 times in the last 3 years. Most of which, I realize now. was due to the processes being done incorrectly in the first place. I ended up with three crowns on teeth that she worked on that seemed fine prior to visiting her. I have never been through so much trauma or pain in my life. I have changed dentists!

she was extremely rude, as was her staff. i would never go to her again, nor would i recommend her. when my daughter went for ortho appointments, dr. mora wouldn't even see her or speak to me. every time a band broke or anything she would gripe at my 9 yr. old and tell her if it happened again she wouldn't keep her for a patient. well, i wouldn't keep her as an orthodontist!

My husband and I and our children have all visited Dr. Mora. The service has fluctuated greatly. Sometimes we have a smooth visit, sometimes the staff and the doctor are bickering, crabby, slow, and ineffective. Four of us have had repeat visits to repair bad cavity fills. One child currently chews only one one side of her mouth because the cavity filling was not tamped down enough, even though the dentist was told. There have been mix -ups with appointments as well, with us showing up for a scheduled appointment only to be told it wasn't in the system, even though it was made in the office on the last visit. Dr. Mora is not in the office every day, and it seems like the office runs very differently when she is gone and her associate is in. Two things have been positive: the hygienists have always been professional and thorough, and the billing and insurance help has always been taken care of very well.
