Meeting Dr. Antoon I was so excited. However, all the office was concerned about was collecting money. My Insurance had Free Cleaning, but I was Charged because I needed deep cleaning. No one could explain to me why I was charged extra. My teeth were not cleaned, it took her all of 5 minutes to clean my teeth. That was the first RED FLAG - chicken cleaning, I was not happy. I went to another Dentist and he cleaned my teeth and set up additional appointments for my deep cleaning, etc.

About Front Desk: When I called to explain my concerns I was blown off. She didn't care what I thought about the office.

About Hygienist: Pinky was very nice, however she did not clean my teeth. I was charged extra and maybe it was the extra work I was to come back for. But my teeth were not cleaned and I felt ripped off. I know I needed deep cleaning, but to take my extra money and not clean my teeth was not good for me.

Doctor Antoon is a dentist that I would recommend. Never have I seen a doctor's office with a better balance between friendliness and quality of care. "WE CATER TO COWARDS!" is the offices tag line, and they live up to that every time I walk in the door. I have had cavities, but never a toothache thanks to his thorough approach. Problems are nipped in the bud. I can't get a shot without sweating it, and he manages to give me Novocaine and drill my teeth--- with me feeling like it's no big deal. He's patient, thorough, and doesn't mind addressing the most minute of concerns or double-checking if you feel something a potential problem was overlooked. You'll feel like you're talking to a trusted friend in a couple of visits. The way he and his staff interact with each other puts me at complete ease. The staff is so on top of appointment times, you never have to wait. (I haven't in the past 3 years--- all those new issues of magazines that I never get my hands on!) The office is fresh & modern. Each room is spotless and laid out neatly & the chairs and equipment are like new; If you do need a filling or other work done, those chairs are like Tempurpedic beds. I consider Dr. Antoon and his staff trusted friends!

About Hygienist: The newest hygienist was a a real sweetheart. She's friendly, but not obtrusive (nothing worse than being expected to politely answer small talk with a sharp tool in your mouth; she somehow balances it). She did a great job cleaning my teeth, never "snapping" the floss into the middle of the gum the way even the best hygienists often do. She is also kind and understanding, giving knowledgeable answers and addressing my questions as far as whether I'm taking care of my mouth effectively, easing concerns which admittedly border on some dental-health paranoia.

Good dentists aren't cheap and the fact that a dentist charges the going rate ends up as negative stars is rather disconcerting. I'm not sure that should be a rating for a physician or dentist. It also is weird to rate a dentist like a health spa/5-star hotel. I rated 4 stars for those, but this is not an ostentatious office. It is a comfortable office, which I like. I'm extremely happy with the care that has been provided to me and my children over the years. I have had several emergency events take place; Dr. Antoon has always worked me in and one time met me on a weekend at his office to treat me. He does excellent work and cares about his patients. I would recommend Dr. Antoon and his staff to anyone who wants the best dental care from an excellent professional staff.

About Hygienist: During the years I have had two hygienists work with me and I've been happy with their care.

Dr. Antoon is a friendly and compassionate dentist who has taken care of me for over a year. He and his staff have provided both routine dental cleanings as well as several long overdue procedures including a crown an several fillings. Nothing ever feels rushed - Usually there is not more than one other patient at the office when I am there. Procedures have all been painless and I've had no problems later on. His office is clean and comfortable. He uses electronic charts, digital x-ray, and his office makes good use of email to keep me aprised of upcoming visits, insurance changes, and other promotions.

About Hygienist: Both hygenists that I've met have been skillful, friendly, and thorough. They all seem very passionate about their job and I trust their care.

He is such a sweet guy. He took out my wisdom teeth for me and has been a very personable dentist for the last 3 years.

Dr. Antoon and his staff have always provided the most professional and caring service that I could expect as a patient. They are always cheerful, upbeat and interested in my well-being, but the most important thing is, they do their jobs well. I have had a few root canals done by Dr. Antoon and I am always back at work the same day. I do not like pain, so I was attracted to Dr. Antoon's slogan "We cater to cowards!" As cowardly as I am, I went to his office to have my root canals done with the confidence that everything was going to be just fine ... and things have always been just fine.

Dr Sam is awesome. The people who work for him are the best and so friendly. You feel like your with family and friends. His work is perfect, the new place is beautiful and easy to find. He is A+ in our book.
