AWFUL- the hygienists are awesome, very caring, attentive, and sweet, so I am very confused as to why and how they work for someone as awful as Dr. Lacy. She is a horrible dentist who does claims you need extensive work that will cost lots of money, but when you go see another dentist for a second opinion, all the work she said had to be done really doesn't need to be done. She is just in it for the money and is looking to scam innocent people. She will leave you in more pain, distress, and debt then when you came to her. She is quite possibly the worst, moral-less dentist I have ever been to. Im not quite sure how she is still in business, especially with all of her awful reviews.

Horrible, avoid this dentist at all costs!!! Seems nice and friendly and very caring but soon will say you need all of this dental work out of the blue and if she does do dental work on you, it will be done wrong or badly and you will have to end up getting it fixed. She is truly the worst dentist I have ever been to in my life- if you look at all the other reviews many people agree. Please, don't go here!!!!

I had crown work which resulted in severe gum and tooth problems on that tooth. Eventually had to have another crown and a root canal on that tooth (from a different DDS). In addition, I asked for an all porcelain crown. A porcelain and metal crown was installed causing even more problems.

She fixed a partial okay. Everything else I had done she called "Treatment". I thought she was filling cavities but that's what she wanted me to think. I lost a lot of money, I'm in physical pain and it really hurts when people treat you like your nothing but a dollar sign.

had tooth extracted and bone implanted with Dr Mac. Will NOT go back
to these people. Very, very pricey if they think they can get
away with it. Watch out for bait and switch on pricing.

Dr. Lacy is my dental savior.
Her and her staff have been amazing too me. I am a Fun Patient they say! They have been understanding, very comforting (I get a warm blanket, headsets to listen to music, and a moment to relax my nerves from all the work that I need to have completed).
I have seen several dentist attempting to correct some long term issues. I had one dentist in the past climb on top of the table pulling out a tooth. I had another dentist in the past talk bad and impatiently too me while working in my mouth. And another dentist in the past started poking my gums without numbing me.
Dr. LACY IS AMAZING!

Dr. Lacy is an excellent Dentist. She is a very knowledgeable and helpful partner in the fight to keep your pearlies white and trouble free. She is also friendly, and personable. She seems to get along very well, and communicate well with her Hygeinists.
I have been very fortunate to meet and get to know many of the staff, and they are all long time employees of the office. This alone speaks to Dr. Lacys character and her savvy as not only a Dentist but as a businesswoman.
The only thing I would even strike as a comment would be the price. She is VERY good, but also about 30% above what a comparable "Dr. Office" style Dental Group would be.
HOWEVER, you cannot compare apple to apple because the level of care, service, her facility, and her front office staff are like professional concierges.
And for you Gentleman who feel more relaxed around those Ladies who may be easy on the eyes, I will admit that there seems to be a certain "selectiveness" with regard to all the staff. :)
About Hygienist: Stephanie, 1 hr. very thorough and experienced. This was my first visit since my long time hygeinist left to pursue another position so I was a bit apprehensive, being my first cleaning with Stephanie. She was very nice, welcoming and settled me into it very easily. She did a thorough job, and I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning !
