Dr. McGrade was pretty good, the worst she did was start drilling for a fill before I was numb. Her staff however is not, particularly her office manager Heather--who thinks she is simply irreplaceable touting that she's "been there 11 years". The team messed up on my statement, and in discussing it with Heather she was very rude, interrupted me several times, acted inconvenienced, and at one point said she didn't care about how I felt I was treated that she "has a job to do" . You deal with the dentist for about 10 minutes, the staff is who you REALLY deal with. Keep that in mind.

Dr. McGrade was fabulous! Her facilites and staff are wonderful and so helpful! She is kind and takes the time to consult with each indivdual patient. I highly reccommend her to anyone!
