Very happy I found this dental office. Not a clinic, but a good ol' fashion dental office with one Doc and a nice team of ladies

Saw dds along with my 2 children. Each of us received treatment plans. One had several cavities the other had many, many cavities. I received a plan for 3 crowns 7 3-surface fillings and 1 2-surface fillings (11 teeth - 40% of my mouth!). Further, he recommended me to a physical therapist for my severe TMJ.
I have always had excellent teeth and was shocked with his treatment plan. I chose to NOT have Dr. T's recommendation completed.
My children did have cavities filled. My oldest had on-going pain following his filling, but was away at college.
Once home my son returned to Dr. Thompson who told him a root canal and crown were now needed. Immediately went for 2nd opinion. Bite was off on cavity filled by Dr. T. New dentist smoothed it out and son was good as new. No root canal - no crown.
My NEW dentist found only 1 1-surface filling along with the option of filling 2 spots where I have worn away the surface with teeth grinding.
Dr. Thompson's treatment plans are unsubstantiated, causing permanent harm (filing down a healthy tooth for a crown).
I would NOT recommend this dental office if you care about your teeth.

About Hygienist: Hygienist was fine, my teeth felt clean. I am concerned that she agrees with the tactics used by the dentist. She must know he recommends and completes unnecessary dental treatment

Do not go to this doctor he lies about your treatment. He told me I need several crowns when I did not. I had one crown done he made it too small so my bite was off and made me think I needed to replace the other teeth to get more money out of me. Went to another doctor and I did not need all those crown only my bite was off. Over charges and not honest. Do not trust him.

Great staff, pain free treatment. The crown did not fit perfectly so he sent it back and had a new one made instead of making it fit. Very impressive.

Dr. Thompson is not the caring professional we started with when we changed to him. This recent dual crown fiasco will be our last expensive trip to this dentist! We'll find another dental office!

My wife and I both went, had 2 fillings and 2 crowns, both are still having pain 5 months later and 2 visits later. We are choosing another dentist and would stear clear of him. He is very polite and has great bed side manner but his assistance lack that.
